TsariPharm is a complete management platform for pharmacies, built to replace the spreadsheets, paper registers, and disconnected tools most independent pharmacies still rely on. It covers the full daily workflow — point of sale, stock, accounting, staff, and customer loyalty — in one system, backed by an AI assistant that answers real questions from the pharmacy's own data.
The Problem
Pharmacies juggle a uniquely demanding mix of requirements: line-by-line VAT on every sale, blind daily cash counts, staff permissions that vary by role, stock that must never silently run out, and — outside a handful of markets — no software built with any of that in mind, let alone in a currency other than a handful of defaults.
The Solution
TsariPharm was built as a single platform covering the full operation:
- Point of Sale — fast checkout, multiple payment methods, promo codes, and receipt/label printing over the local network.
- Stock & Purchasing — products, families, storage locations, batch stock entries, supplier orders, and QR-coded labels.
- Finance & Tax — blind daily cash counts with variance control, VAT declarations (HT/TVA/TTC), and PDF/Excel exports.
- HR & Permissions — staff, roles, leave tracking, and a strict individual → role → admin permission hierarchy.
- Loyalty & Customers — customer records, loyalty cards, rewards, and promotional codes.
- AI Assistant — answers questions on sales, stock, or revenue in plain language, using the pharmacy's real data and respecting each user's own permissions.
Local or Hybrid
TsariPharm ships in two flagship packages built on the same codebase. Local installs on the pharmacy's own PC or server and keeps working with no internet connection. Hybrid adds a cloud layer on top — remote browser access, a central dashboard across multiple branches, one-click updates, and built-in support — for pharmacies that need to manage more than one location.
Engineering Highlights
The core application runs on Flask with PostgreSQL, packaged as a native Windows installer for the Local plan. A companion admin service handles licensing, activation, and multi-tenant management for the Hybrid plan, plus a lightweight local network agent for receipt and label printing over ESC/POS.
